Mr. Webb was born in Cobb County, Georgia on June 17, 1963 the son of the late Thomas Grady Webb, Sr. and Isabel Blackwell Webb. Mr. Webb was known as a person with a big heart.
Survivors include his Fiance`, Sharon Whitman; children, Nicholas Paul Webb, Frank Smith, Kandice Marks, Kevin Smith and Kelly Smith; 12 grandchildren also survive.
The family will receive friends Monday evening October 15th from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home.
