Mr. martin was born December 15, 1960 in Bartow County, Georgia, son of Davis Pickney Martin and Charlotte Joyce Martin. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his mother, Charlotte M. Wooten; a brother, Michael Davis Martin; a sister, Cathy Martin Gilliland; nieces and nephews also survive.
Memorial services will be conducted Sunday afternoon October 26th at 2:00 P.M. in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Georgia National Cemetery, Monday, October 27th at 12:00 P.M. with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, contibutions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
