To the EPPS family.
We shall meet but we shall miss him. There will be the vacant chair, but though we no more possess him, still our hearts his memory bear. But a while ago we gathered, friendship beaming in each eye, now the golden cord is severed, He has passed to realms on high. From the Retired Mens Club, God bless

He will be so very missed. I came to know Wilburn from The Resource Office. He was always quick to respond on any needs we had. I sure will miss that smile, jokes and advice he had for me, whenever Barbara would send him by to deliver any help we needed. One of the very best!

Wilburn was my immediate neighbor for 24 years and it was a honor to get to know him like I did. He was always willing to lend a hand if I needed help doing anything and took care of my trash can duties while I was out of town. Wilburn was a spiritual man and often quoted me scripture because he genuinely cared about people. He was a proud Army Veteran and Loved the Lord. Wilburn fought hard to the very end like everyone knew he would. RIP buddy ... I miss you already xoxo
