Alexis Lynne Kohlrausch

Alexis Lynne Kohlrausch, 32, of Raleigh, North Carolina, passed away on July 25, 2026. Born June 20, 1994, in Wake County, North Carolina, Alexis will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection by all who knew her.

From her earliest years, Alexis carried a gentle, kind-hearted spirit that left a quiet but lasting impression. She attended UNC Wilmington and later graduated from Southern New Hampshire University. Gifted and dedicated, Alexis was building her career as a talented graphic designer, bringing care and thoughtfulness to the work she created.

Alexis is survived by her father, Christian Theodor Kohlrausch; and her mother, Lynne D. Kelly; step-father, John Kelly; grandparents, Wolfgang Kohlrausch, Gesa Adriance, and Dorothy Dowdy, as well as cousins, Ava and Hans Kohlrausch, and Bree Dowdy.

As a strong believer in God and Jesus she and her family will meet again!

A memorial service will be held 11am Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Forestville Baptist Church, 1350 S. Main St., Wake Forest, NC 27587, and all are welcome to celebrate her life.
