I never met Anneliese in life but I visited her grave this morning with some friends. I just wanted her family & friends to know that she is not forgotten. She is still making new friends, even from the other side. We were all very moved by the angel that resides over her & send our love to you all. God bless & take care of yourselves.

I was in Oakwood Cemetery yesterday and was so moved by Anneliese's beautiful angel on her headstone...I've never seen anything so beautiful and graceful and so grieved at the same time.  I've looked at all of Anneliese's photos and she was a beautiful girl and was obviously loved very much.   I don't know your family but I wanted to express my condolences to you on your loss of such a sweet girl.

I didn't know you before, but I was there when you passed. I remember seeing you only hours before.. Smiling. I wish things were different. You touched me. There were many days leading up to that day when my life seemed hopeless and you have changed that for me. I came back to the place you passed over and over for weeks... Just thinking about you. I thought about you a lot for a long time.. I still do. I looked up your name again today.. And found this. Your pictures are beautiful. I want you and your family to know that you saved a life... It is because of you that I pushed on. I'm sorry I didn't meet you sooner. I'm sorry I couldn't help you... But you helped me. You are truly an angel.

Anneliese not a day goes by that you do not cross my mind. I miss you so much and know that you are looking down on me and smiling. I can't wait to see you again!

I'll never forget when you offered several times to drive me back and forth from Charlotte to Cary/Apex because I didn't have a car.

Missing you Anneliese.  It's even harder realizing that you probably would graduated from UNCC last week.  However the degree you have in heaven is better and greater.

You brought tears to my eyes today Miss Anneliese. A customer came in the store today and shared photos of your parents receiving your diploma. He also shared your grave maker. I was so touched by the words. I miss your smiling face and think of you often. Your spirit lives on.

I was deeply saddened finding out about the passing of such a beautiful young lady. I only knew her in paasing while attending UNCC. I remember us catching eyes a few times and she always would smile or say hello. As a mother and teacher I am crushed. I just wanted you to know that we never had to speak for me to know she was special and going to go far. God bless you and her family. She has been an  inspiration  for me. I will now smile when I connect eyes with a stranger... You never know the effect it will have on them. Forever smiling????

Anneliese, I teared up today when the truth of the matter finally hit my heart and soul.  It just does not feel real.  May you continue to be as beautiful and smart as you were, and rest peacefully with God.  Know that no matter what, you were truly loved and adored.
