Barbara was born on November 4, 1934 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Albert and Etta Davidow.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Donald Hoffman.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Wotus and son in law Jeffrey; son, Richard Weinstock; grandchildren, Matthew Wotus and Sarah Wotus; and brother, Donnie Davidow.
