She was born January 19, 1944 in Lumberton, NC a daughter of Charles and Clara Mae Hayes Parnell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl “Bud” Stoehr in 2011.
Surviving are one son, Justin Stoehr; grandchildren, Garrett and Reagan; sister, Clara Joyce Parnell Mclaughlin.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home in Cary. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton.
