Beverly Jane Clew

Our beloved mother of 85 years, Beverly Jane Clew, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 19, 2025 at Glenaire retirement community. She was the only child of the late Edward and Jane Lockyer.

Our mom was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA where she met her beloved late husband, Harry T. Clew Jr. They were married for 61 years and began to raise a family in November of 1963.Their journey began in Pittsburgh with a few early years in Anchorage, AK while Harry was in the Air Force only to return to settle in Moon Twp., PA.

She is survived by her 2 sons Stephen (Kim) of Cary, NC and Richard (Christine) of Moon Twp. PA. Grandchildren Ashton, Sarah, and Payton.

Beverly was first and foremost a wonderful mother and wife, full of personality, energy, always greeting everyone with a smile and enthusiasm. She was a fabulous homemaker who loved raising her family. She was a fantastic cook, avid shopper, and immaculate housekeeper (as my brother and I would like to say). Above all Beverly was a devoted Christian to God and Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Outside of raising her family, she earned her real estate license and worked for Tarquinio Real Estate in Moon Twp. She was a natural born sales person and she could charm anyone at anytime. Beverly loved to travel, play golf, and play bridge with her friends. She enjoyed her bible study, good food, and most of all her husband “Hal”.

Mom was sweet, tough, outspoken, generous, unselfish, caring, and most of all loving. She made wonderful memories with all her grandchildren until her passing. She will be deeply missed and now rest peacefully with the Lord and her family that preceded her in death. She will be missed by her family and friends whose hearts she touched. May her spirit soar and watch over those she loved.
