Catherine loved to travel, collecting glass figures, gardening and most of all spending time with her great-grandchildren.
Catherine was predeceased by her husband in 2008 Roger J. Dunbar, Sr, and her sister Mary Jane Kimble, and brother Bill Conway.
She is survived by her daughters: Linda Padgett of Raleigh, Teresa Allen of Lillington and Vickie Williams and her husband Johnny of Raleigh; grandchildren: Jillian, Christopher, Catherine, Charles, and Buddy; great-grandchildren: Cyrah, Easton, Jalisa, Caden, Eirelyss, and Ember, and also by her brother Zinnie Conway.
A time of visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Tuesday December 19, 2017 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home 200 SE Maynard Rd. Cary, NC 27511. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm, Wednesday December 20, 2017 at Raleigh Memorial Park, Glenwood Ave. Raleigh, NC 27512.
