Ceburn Harris Mangum Jr.

Mr. Mangum is survived by his children: Larry Mangum of Clayton, Ceburn Mangum, III and wife, Beverly of Franklinton, and Lou Ann Mangum of Cary; brothers: Bobby Mangum and wife Judy of Auburn, NC, Joe Mangum and wife Connie of Wake Forest, Doug Mangum and wife Linda of Raleigh; grandchildren: Nick Mangum and wife Claudin, Heath Mangum, Chris Kaufman and wife Michelle, Avery Trendel, Tanner Trendel, Samantha Draughon and Alex Mangum; great grandchildren, Charlie and Ada Mangum, Sylar Draughon; and the mother of his children, Lou Mangum of Cary.

He is also survived by his fiancée, Sue McDonald and her children: Sarah Irvine and Lori Johnson; and grandchildren: Thomas Rizer and wife Sarah, Taylor Rizer, Danielle Stackhouse, Jasmine Dark, and Jalen Neil; and great granddaughter, Allison Rizer.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 S. E. Maynard Rd. Cary. A memorial service will begin at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Brown-Wynne Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity in his name.
