Charles L. Foster, age 84, died Saturday, December 23, 2017 at his residence.
Born in San Diego, CA he was the son of the late Charles and Bernice Foster. Mr. Foster is preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Roberta Foster.
Survivors include his son, Wade Foster and his wife, Kathy; and his daughter, Roxanne Foshee and her husband, David.
Service will be private.
