He was born in the Bronx of New York and is the son of the late Mortimer Baltuch and Helen (Zamer) Baltuch. He was predeceased by his parents and his son Marc Baltuch. He is survived by his wife, Ruth ( ) Baltuch, his son Glenn Baltuch and his sister Carole Berman.
