Born in Clinton, NC she was the daughter of the late Norwood and Annie Parker. Mrs. Stowe was preceded in death by her husband Samuel L. Stowe Sr.; and her son, Samuel “Sammy” L. Stowe Jr.
Survivors include her sons, Randolph D. Stowe and his wife, Kathy, Stephen P. Stowe; and a daughter, Melody S. Scott and her husband, Ronald.
