Surviving are his beloved wife of 63 years Nancy Potter and son Jeffrey Potter, daughter-in-law Jean Potter; two grandchildren Penny Burns and Shane Eakes; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Jack served his country in the Army and in the National Guard. He retired as a Warrant Officer for the USA and NCNG after 37 years of faithful service.
A visitation will take place on Monday, August 29 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home in Cary.
