Julia “Julie” Elizabeth Robinson Tart, 57, passed away May 22, 2019. She was born in the original Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC on April 15, 1962. She achieved her career dream of graduating from Troutman’s College and becoming a hair designer in her hometown of Cary, NC.
Julie had an incredible talent for making everyone in her life feel like they were amazing and special. She was able to light up a room with her quick wit and shining personality, that even a stranger was drawn to, although Julie never met one.
She is survived by her parents, Mother Carolyn Maddry and her husband Gray of Pittsboro, NC, father David Robinson and his wife Wanda of Roswell, GA. Her 3 beautiful daughters who brought her sunshine and joy every day and son-in-law, Jamie Pendergraft, Elizabeth Tart, and Jena Barnhardt and husband David. Her brother Michael Robinson and his wife Kim, sister Ann Shaw and husband John. Julie was blessed with 2 grandsons, Jordan and Caden and 5 incredible nephews, Sam, Jack, Woody, Jaxon and Cooper.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 28th at 6 pm at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 SE Maynard Road, Cary, NC 27511. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and would love to hear Julie stories from all that knew her.
