Kevin Lewis Connor

February 18, 1972September 1, 2019

On September 1, 2019 the world said goodbye to the sweet soul of Kevin Lewis Connor. Kevin was an amazing, kind and thoughtful man who was always happiest doing things for others. During his short fight with pancreatic cancer, Kevin was determined to inspire his friends and family to make every day a good day for themselves and others.

Kevin believed being a father to his three boys was his greatest accomplishment in life. He was an avid woodworker, fisherman, budding chef of smoked meats, fixer of all things and an amazing human being.

Kevin is survived by his wife Alyson, their three sons, Ian, Bennett and Griffin, three rescue dogs, Scout, Olive and Otis, his parents Lewis and Lorraine, brother Eric and a large circle of family and friends.

A celebration of Kevin’s life will take place on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at The Meadows at Firefly Farm, 5581 Harward Lane, Raleigh, NC at 2:30pm. Reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to Peak Lab Rescue or Pancreatic Cancer Network.

To The Connor Family,
Words could never express nor replace the loss of your beloved Kevin.

Alyson & the Boys:
God Blessed you with an extraordinary husband and father. May you find comfort in the memories of his Love for you. My prayer is during the quiet times when no one is around, you are reminded of the laughter and fun times you all shared with Kevin, knowing that his love will forever reign in your hearts.

Mr. & Mrs. Connor:
I have never experienced the loss of a child, but please take comfort in knowing that Kevin left you with his love and so many amazing memories to sustain you now and in the time to come.

You know how I feel about you. You are such a kind and gentle spirit who deserves all that God has for you. My heart truly aches for you during this time. I have lost a brother, so I know all too well, the pain you are in. But, please know that as the days pass, Kevin's love and the fond memories you shared will help to comfort and keep you.

God Bless All of You.
