On September 1, 2019 the world said goodbye to the sweet soul of Kevin Lewis Connor. Kevin was an amazing, kind and thoughtful man who was always happiest doing things for others. During his short fight with pancreatic cancer, Kevin was determined to inspire his friends and family to make every day a good day for themselves and others.
Kevin believed being a father to his three boys was his greatest accomplishment in life. He was an avid woodworker, fisherman, budding chef of smoked meats, fixer of all things and an amazing human being.
Kevin is survived by his wife Alyson, their three sons, Ian, Bennett and Griffin, three rescue dogs, Scout, Olive and Otis, his parents Lewis and Lorraine, brother Eric and a large circle of family and friends.
A celebration of Kevin’s life will take place on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at The Meadows at Firefly Farm, 5581 Harward Lane, Raleigh, NC at 2:30pm. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to Peak Lab Rescue or Pancreatic Cancer Network.
