Mary Kathryne Mason, 92, died Monday, May 31, 2010. She was born April 18, 1918 in Billings, MT to Bert and Kathryne (Wright) Andrus. She was married 41 years to Ernest K. Mason who predeceased her in 1983.
Mary is survived by two of her children, son, Ronald Mason (wife, Mary) of Apex, NC, and daughter, Linda Sims (husband, Robert) of Stafford, VA; four grandchildren, Gene Mason (wife, Maricela), Edward Mason (fiancée, Sandy), Claire Green (husband, Nick) and Michelle Sims; and four great-grandchildren. Mary’s son Lawrence preceded her in death in 1974.
A funeral mass will be held on at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Cary.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm, Monday, June 7 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 SE Maynard Rd, Cary, NC.
