

Beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, Pudge Weber, passed away in her home in Morrisville, NC, the evening of Tuesday September 11, 2012 at age 77. Pudge was born on April 4, 1935 to Irma and Alan Stevenson in Whiteplains, NY.
She married the love of her life, Jerè R. Weber, at 21 years of age on October 13, 1956, in Clinton, NY. Shortly after, they journeyed to Arlington Heights, IL, and continued to move around the state residing in Lake Forest and Lake Barrington Shores as well. Together Pudge and Jerè had a loving family with two kids: Jere R. Weber, Jr. and Leslie Stevenson-Stoltmann.
While in Illinois Pudge worked as a bookkeeper for Rainey’s, a local paint and wallpaper company, and in a small dress store. After raising two successful children, Pudge and her husband went off to see the world visiting places such as the Mediterranean, Alaska, Hong Kong, and many others.When it was time to retire they picked the Landings in Savannah, GA, where Pudge and Jerè were able to continue their other interests.
Pudge was actively involved in the local ladies golf group, enjoyed and was skilled in needlepoint, and loved spending time with her grandkids.The Weber’s loved to entertain and surround themselves with laughter and good people. Pudge was a true friend and was there when you needed her, she was very charitable, kind, vibrant, nurturing, and had a great sense of humor.
Pudge was preceded in death by her husband, Jerè; granddaughter, Kathryn (Katy) Elizabeth Stoltmann; brother, Jack Stevenson; and sister, Janie Campbell.
She is survived by her son Jere, wife Ann Weber; daughter Leslie, husband Frank Stoltmann; and grandkids: Amanda, Nick, Dan, Megan, Holly, and Lauren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Skidaway Island United Methodist Church, 54 Diamond Causeway, Savannah, GA 31411.
