Peggy Heater Maddox was born in Cary, NC. She was a lively, adventurous, and engaging person who loved her family, friends and her faith. She shared her humor, kindness and generosity with everyone she came in contact with and used those strengths to help others through volunteering her time with Stephen Ministry and Hospice.
Her three loving children, Mark Langdon Maddox, Kelly Elizabeth Maddox and Matthew Caleb Maddox; as well as grandchildren, Emma Maddox, Caleb Maddox, Harper Kuhn and Willa Kuhn, survive her.
A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church Cary, 117 S. Academy Rd, on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., reception to follow.
