Reginald "Reggie" R. Butcher

Reggie served honorably in the Royal Navy before becoming a commercial electrician here in the States.

He is survived by his wife: Linda Farmer Butcher; sons: Stephen Butcher, Eric Butcher, David Butcher and Kenny Holman; daughter: Betty Grisdale; step-children: Jessica Holmes and Lawson Williams; ten grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; and by his siblings: Eddie and Irene "Deanie”.

He was preceded in death by his siblings: William, Cecil, Vera, Jack, Ken, Phyllis, Joan, Dorothy and Ruby.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home (200 SE Maynard Road). Funeral Services will be held at Haven Free Will Baptist Church (5408 Tryon Road – Raleigh, NC) on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11:00 AM, with Graveside Services at Pine Crest Cemetery in Warsaw, NC at 3:00 PM.
