Robbie Rice Cox

Our beloved Robbie Rice Cox – wife, mother, sister, daughter, and true friend, left us to be in God’s care on October 15th, 2025. Known as “Miss Robbie” to countless preschool children in her role as a Preschool Speech & Language Pathologist for Wake County Schools for 25 years, Robbie demonstrated patience and caring as she helped young children develop important life skills.

A celebration of Robbie’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 21st at the Duke Chapel in Durham, NC. We are proud to honor Robbie in one of the most beautiful structures in the country and the world. There will be a reception following the service at the Washington-Duke Inn located less than 2 miles from the Chapel.
