Robert John Obriski

Robert (Bob) Obriski, age 78, died in Cary, North Carolina, on July 18th, 2022. He is survived by his beloved wife Elizabeth, his children Mark, Lori (AJ), and his grandchildren, Dylan, Calvin and Tristan Obriski and Allan, Carly and Emma Bernard. His stepchildren Lissie (Samuel), Samuel Andres and Daniel; Ingeborg (Dan), Sarah and Thomas Bowman; Jan Michael (Alejandra) and Matteo de Kok; and by his brother, Roman Obrycki. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Catherine Obriski, and his brother Edward Obriski.

He grew up in Perth Amboy, New Jersey and lived a full life, eventually making North Carolina his permanent home. The major hallmark of his life is that he loved his “Darling Wife” Elizabeth, and all his children and grandchildren. He loved traveling, telling stories and sharing time with those that meant the most to him. His memory will live on through his stories. He will be greatly missed.

There will be a church service for family and close friends on Friday, July 29th at 11:00 am at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 804 High House Rd, Cary, NC 27513.
