Russell N. Parasiliti (93) of Morrisville, NC, passed away on June 17, 2025. He was born in Jamestown, NY, on May 30, 1932. Russ is survived by his wife of 72 years, Virginia, and children Karen (Chris) and Russ (Michelle). He was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan. Russ was blessed with five wonderful grandchildren; Erica, Daniel, Matthew, Alexis and Sydney and one great-granddaughter, Addison.
Russ touched many lives and those that knew him were truly blessed. A Celebration of Life service will take place on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown Wynne Funeral Home in Cary, NC. It will be followed by a dessert reception at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or SECU Hospice House of UNC Health Johnston.
