Samantha Baker Dolliver

Samantha Dolliver, age 36, passed away on September 13, 2026. Born on May 1, 1990, in Baltimore, Maryland, Samantha carried a steady warmth through life—a blessed beam of sunshine apparent to the world—and will be remembered with deep respect and enduring love. Samantha resided with her family in Holly Springs, North Carolina.

Samantha was a Rett warrior with strength and perseverance. She was fearless and determined and lit the world with a pure and joyous light. From her earliest days, she was cherished as a perfect angel by her family, and her presence brought comfort in ways that will not be forgotten.

Samantha is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Scott Baker and survived by her mother, Jennifer Dolliver; her stepfather, Randy Dolliver; and her brother, Ridgely Dolliver.

A celebration of her life will be held 11am Thursday, October 1st at St. Paul's Church 5010 St. Paul's Road Millers, Md 21102.
