My encounters with Beth were at the professional level as she worked at Right of Way Equipment.  I have doing business with Right of Way for the last 5 years as a supplier to them and it was always a pleasure to speak with her.  Jay I had known from his work in the service department at Right of Way.  Jay you were blessed with a mother who was both courageous in the face of fear and found glimmers of hope on the most burdensome of days.  You all as her family were able to see a woman who never let her circumstances keep her down.  In her position at Right of Way Equipment she would many times make me feel uplifted as we spoke when she answered the phone.  I knew that there were many days that after having had a treatment she really did not feel like being at work but she was there.  If we as those who have known her and you as her family have any consolation it is in the fact that we know she suffers no more.  Her body may have been riddled by cancer but her spirit was never touched and now lives on for eternity in heaven.  Beth is now at home and healed forever more.  God Bless You All.

Beth was the best sister. She was loved by so many and will be missed greatly. She had so much left to look forward to. It should not have been her.

Sara Beth "Beth" to us will truly be missed.  She was a big inspiration to us especially to my husband, Edward.  She always had a smile on her face even if she wasn't feeling 100%. She took my husband under her wings the very first time we met her at the Cancer Center in Cary.  She told him not to worry that every thing would be alright and that he had no reason to be afraid of taking chemo. From that point on, Beth made us feel as though we were part of her family.  Everytime she saw us she would give us a big hug,and before leaving to go home she would give us a big hug and tell us that she loves us. To her family, thank you for letting your wife, your mother to be a special part of our lives.  To Beth, you will always be in our hearts and we will never ever forget you. We will always remember the good fun times that we had together at the Cancer Center.

There is sweetness in the sorrow as Beth is now beyond the pain. The memories of these last months and days will fade and the memories of the real Beth and what her life was about will come to comfort you. A mother's love is like no other and it is forever...

Beth was an beautiful woman inside and out. She was a wonderful wife,  an incredible mother & the best mother in law any one could have asked for.  We watched her determination, strength and courage for a long 8 years.  I am so proud of her journey.  I promise to watch over, protect & always love Jay.  Thank you Beth for raising the most amazing son, that I am proud to call my husband.  May you rest in peace and always shine down on us! I pray we all find the strength to get through this difficult time.  You will be always remembered and never forgotten. Beth was one of my chemo buddies.  There were 3 of us that would sit together and cut up the entire time we were getting chemo.  She always made the cancer journey look so easy, though the ones that have been through it, know differently. Your smile will be missed immensely.  - Lorie
