I knew Stephen from the Single Action Shooters Society where I knew him as "Silver Spur Shooter."  It was always a pleasure to see him at a match.  I will miss the smile.

Sandy and family,There are no words to express how Tobye and I feel.There will always be a void in our hearts.The day that you and Steven met me in Norfolk,Va was almost like I had known Steven a lifetime.

Steve was a special person on so many levels. He was a wonderful father, husband and friend. He was filled with a sense of optimism and love of life matched by a special few.  He was fun to be around yet serious about his work and always reaching for the next rung on the ladder of life.  He was loyal to those he cared about and filled with love for his family.  In his work he was candid and frank yet always measured in how he presented himself to others. He could be counted on when the chips were down in every respect.  He was brave in the face of adversity and taught us all how to live better lives.  Words cannot express my sorrow for his leaving us but I am assured in my heart that we will see each other again in the next life.  Knowing Steve, he is there helping to get the place ready for the rest of us!  Love to all who embraced him as a loved one.

Steve was a dear, dear friend and became Family to me very quickly after we met. We worked together for many years in his construction companies.
I became part of the Family and was treated as such.

Steve was a rare, totally honest man with great integrity and strength. He had a large presence always with a big smile and positive things to say.
