Steven was born on November 18, 1960, in Raleigh. Steven was an accomplished engineer and plant manager, as well as husband, father and grandfather. His true passion was music, Steven was an amazing guitarist and vocalist, singing and playing often in Christian Contemporary Praise Bands.
Steven is survived by his wife, Janie Fulghum, children Paul Fulghum, Craig Fulghum, Meghan Stickles, and Brittany Fulghum; grandchildren, Madison Fulghum, and Carter Fulghum; siblings, Ken Fulghum and wife Sharon, Debbie Durham and husband Ralph; as well as his beloved service dog Tasha.
A celebration of Steven’s life will be held on Monday, December 5th, 2016, at 6:00 pm at The Matthews House in Cary. RSVP is required for this event.
