I remember Sue walking around the SERO with Sarah Filip anytime the weather was nice and inside the building when it was not. She always had a smile and I really enjoyed chatting with her. She will be truly missed.

Sue and I worked together at American for many years. She was such a beautiful person, inside and out. Always with a smile. Always with a quirky comment to make me laugh.

I had the privilege of working with Sue at American Airlines and the incredible fortune to have her on my team. She was a wonderfully talented person and an incredible friend. She approached everything with a smile and a sense of humor. I will remember her ability to take a serious or stressful situation and put it in perspective, she always had me giggling. Silly and quick witted. Sue made American a great place to work.

Kylee and Connor, thank you for sharing your mom with us. She was super proud of you both and gleamed whenever she shared a story.

I will miss her kindness and her generous spirit. She truly was one of the best.

I had the privilege of working with Sue at American Airlines. She is a beautiful gentle spirit. It's with sorrow for your loss that I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for her friendship and her uniqueness. If you couldn't get along with Sue, you couldn't get along with anybody. She was unchanging and so accommodating. We will miss her much. May the dear Lord bless you during this time of sadness.

Sue's presence was always uplifting.
It was a delight to spend time with her. Her quiet way of making a statement or giving her opinion would make me smile. I would think to myself, "how does she do that?" She taught me that the way something is said, with a soft tone yet firm conviction, goes a long way in communicating love and care and concern.

You were a true friend. I enjoyed working with you & work will not be the same without your smiling & positive attitude no matter what happened (MANDO). It was great being on the same teAAm. I will miss the days when you would always swing by to just say Good Morning & Good Afternoon & have a Great Weekend. I will miss helping you in what ever you may need (password reset) & you would always help me when needed. Anytime we were collecting for an employee or our great CCM Melissa Simpson for any occasion you would always over give no matter what. Heaven has gained a special angel. All of your family & friends have another angel watching over them today/tomorrow & forever. M

Sharing a favorite memory is so hard because there are so many to choose from! My Sue, you will be missed more than you could ever imagine! You have touched my life in a way that no one could ever come close too. So many people have been blessed by you, your laughter, your quick wit and you selflessness. You were always there for me and my children and you hold a place in my heart that will live on forever! This is not "goodbye" my friend but "so long" until we meet in heaven once more!
