Born in Cary on September 15, 1999, he was the son of Matthew and Karen Jacoby.
Thomas graduated from Athens Drive High School in Raleigh in 2017. He went on to pursue his passion for emergency medical services, working first for Priority Care and later for Cary EMS. His calm, patient presence made him a trusted and beloved part of the children’s lives.
On February 22, 2022, Thomas married Jordan Jacoby-Magill, who survives him.
In addition to his husband, Thomas is survived by his parents, Matthew and Karen Jacoby of Fuquay-Varina; his brother, Kevin Jacoby of Fuquay-Varina; and his grandparents, Linda Jacoby of Clayton and the late Milton Jacoby.
