Born October 18, 1967, Victor was a graduate of Cary High School and a member of Cary Presbyterian Church. Though he faced many struggles throughout life, he met them with steady perseverance, and through it all he retained an infectious laughter that remained a gift to those around him.
Victor worked in lawn maintenance and landscaping, bringing diligence and care to honest work.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Wilson Raynor and Carolyn Sue Johnson Raynor. He is survived by his sister, Angie McHargue (Chris); niece, Alina McHargue (Connor Gillenwater); nephews, Trenton Chenetz (Cori), and Ryan McHargue; two great nephews; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved and cared for him.
A memorial service and inurnment will be held at a later date at Cary Presbyterian Church.
