Her departure from this life comes as a great shock and is greatly felt by her entire family as well as countless friends and family who knew and loved her. She will be remembered most for her love of family and life, her infectious laugh, and ability to dance like nobody was watching. She lived her life the best she knew how; leaving this earth wishing her children to find nothing but happiness in this crazy world.
Wendy is survived by her husband, Tommy Howell, her children, Chris George, Thomas Cash (Michelle), Michael Howell, and Ashley Howell; three grandchildren, Julius, Kameron, and Allissa; as well as many nieces and nephews; sister Libby Scott (Doug); brothers Johnny Williams (Jean) and Zane Williams. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Clarence and Jean (Lee) Williams, her sister Linda Forsyth, and her brother Richard Williams.
A receiving of family and friends to celebrate Wendy's life will be held at the Brown Wynne of Cary funeral home, 200 SE Maynard Road, Cary, NC on Thursday September 5th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A graveside service will take place at Wake Chapel Christian Church Cemetery in Fuquay-Varina, NC on Friday, September 6th at 11 a.m.
