He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 30, 2026 to Georgia Huenefeld and William Ruehrwein. He was married to Sandra Kyles Ruehrwein for 52 years.
Bill worked for/had a career in The United States Airforce as a Lieutenant Colonel in accounting and finance, served numerous assignments in the US and overseas. He was a member of Bill was an Alumni of North Carolina State University and achieved a Masters degree in Economics.
Bill had a passion for playing and watching golf. He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
He was preceded in death by Sandra Kyles Ruehrwein(wife), William R. Ruehrwein III (Son)
He is survived by Daniel Ruehrwein (Son) Cary, NC, Susan Wendel (Sister) Cincinnati, OH, Rose Von Holle (Sister) Lawrenceburg, IN, Steven Ruehrwein (Brother) Lawrenceburg, IN, Sharon Kwiencinski (Sister), Nieces and Nephews.
