Adelaida Lizbeth Vargas Morales, known to everyone as Adela Alford, passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 39. Born on August 26, 1986, in El Grullo, Mexico, she carried her vibrant spirit and deep love for family wherever life took her. She spent many years in Rialto, California before planting roots in Casa Grande, Arizona, where she created a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Adela had a hard time opening up to people, but once she did, you had a true friend for life. She had a strong heart, a caring nature, and a personality that could brighten any room. She found joy in the simple things, whether she was spending time with family, cooking for the people she loved, planning her next trip, or finding comedic relief at the most inappropriate moments. Adela had the ability to embrace joy in life's everyday moments and shared that joy generously with her loved ones.
She loved music, shopping, watching Grey's Anatomy, and was a true Disney Adult. She had a soft spot for animals, especially pit bulls, and embraced any pets her kids brought home. Her love for life showed in everything she did, and the memories she created with those closest to her will be treasured forever.
More than anything, Adela loved her children - Omari, Callie, Kristian, and Karter — who were the center of her world. She is lovingly remembered by her siblings, Cesar, Manuel, and Kimberly; and most importantly, by her parents, Manuel and Arcelia Vargas. Adela will also be deeply missed by her extended family, and many friends whose lives she touched deeply.
Though her time here was far too short, the love, laughter, and strength Adela gave to those around her will continue to live on in every memory shared and every heart she touched.
