With profound sadness and deep love, we share the passing of Deja Dee Clements. Deja was born on February 7, 1984, in Phoenix, and passed away on February 3, 2026, in Eloy, the community she proudly called home.
Deja’s life was defined by her love for her family. She was a devoted and protective mother whose children were her entire world. She leaves behind her three beloved children, Brianna Clements-Dunn, Roman Grijalva, and Vincent Clements, who carry forward her strength, her spirit, and her heart. She was also a proud and loving grandmother to two precious grandchildren who brought her immense joy.
She is survived by her loving sibling, Nyko Padilla; her significant other, Jude Silva; her uncle, James Eisenhart; and her aunt, Valena Eisenhart. She also leaves behind two nieces, two nephews, six cousins, and many extended family members and friends whose lives were touched by her presence.
Deja was preceded in death by her parents, Tina Clements and Ronald Clements; and her beloved grandparents, Edith Eisenhart, Leslie Eisenhart, and Charles Maxi Dabney.
Deja had a beautiful, gentle soul and a vibrant spirit. She loved bright colors, whimsy, and fairies—anything that carried a little magic. She also loved her plants and truly had a green thumb, nurturing them with the same patience and care she gave to the people in her life. That same sense of wonder lived in her heart. She found beauty in simple moments and made the people around her feel deeply loved. Her laughter, her creativity, and the way she cared so fiercely for those she loved are gifts that will never be forgotten.
Though her time here was far too short, the love she gave so freely will remain. Her family will carry her memory forward in every shared story, every bright color, every blooming plant, and every moment filled with love. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
