Ernest C. Tapia

Ernest Tapia SR was born and raised in Eloy, Arizona. From a young age he worked at the compress in Eloy. Dedicating himself to a life of hard work and commitment to his family. Later, he moved to Casa Grande with his wife and children, where he began a long and devoted career at Hexcel. He proudly served the company for 25 years.

Ernest was a beloved Husband, father, grandfather and great –grandfather whose warmth and steady presence touched everyone who knew him. He loved to play his guitar and found great joy performing for his family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Tapia, who was his partner in life and love.

He leaves behind his four children: Ernest Tapia Jr., Victoria Tapia, Jesus Tapia, and Kathleen Ochoa. Ernest’s legacy also lives on through his 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 5 great- great grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy and pride.

Ernest will be greatly missed and forever remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and the love and laughter he generously shared with all around him.

His celebration of life will be held at J. Warren Funeral Services Gardens Chapel

A visitation will be held on November 25, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at J. Warren Funeral Services Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, located at 525 N. Peart Rd., Casa Grande, AZ 85122, United States.

A prayer service will follow on the same day, November 25, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the same location.
