Higinio lived a life marked by devotion to family, humility, and unwavering dedication. A man of quiet strength and deep values, Higinio was known for his hardworking nature and selfless spirit. He consistently placed the needs of his loved ones above his own and approached life with a humble heart. His devotion to his family was evident in every aspect of his life.
Higinio is survived by his beloved wife, Socorro Corral; his sons, Eduardo Corral and Higinio Corral; and his daughter, Mireya Corral-Garcia. He held a special place in his heart for his grandchildren—Alexei Corral, Vanessa Corral, and Oscar Corral—whom he raised as his own. He was also the proud grandfather of Lucas Garcia, Nayeli Garcia, and Luna Garcia. His kindness also extended to many nieces and nephews whose lives he touched.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eduardo Corral; his mother, Guadalupe Reyes; and his brothers Ernesto Corral and Eugenio Corral.
In moments of rest from a lifetime of labor and care for others, Higinio found joy in the music of mariachi and ranchera traditions. He also had a fondness for classic Mexican cinema from the golden age of film. His love for animals was another reflection of his gentle nature—he cherished the companionship of his pets throughout the years.
Higinio’s legacy lives on through the family he nurtured and the values he embodied. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
A Funeral Mass will be held on February 16, 2026, at 08:00 AM at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 201 N Picacho St, Casa Grande, Arizona.
