Jacob Daniel Encinas was born on January 28, 1989, and passed away on August 15, 2026, at the age of 37. A resident of Casa Grande, Arizona, Jacob will be remembered with deep respect and lasting affection by all who knew and loved him.
Jacob loved music and carried a natural presence that drew people in. He enjoyed being the center of attention, not out of vanity, but from a spirited ease with others and a gift for bringing energy into any room. With a quick sense of humor and a playful way about him, Jacob was a true jokester—someone who could lighten a moment and make people feel at home. He also held his culture close, honoring it with pride and genuine love. After first mention, Jacob will be remembered simply as Jacob: a man whose warmth, humor, and lively spirit left an imprint that will not fade.
Jacob is survived by his parents, Adam Encinas Sr. and mother Renae Duran; his stepfather, Mark Duran Sr.; his wife, Nicole J. Encinas; and his children, Alexyia, Gabreyla, Marissa, and Jasmin Encinas. He is also survived by his siblings: Adam, Anthony, Teddy, Ricky, Daniel, Lizette, Sierra, Casandra, Brianna, Maria, Markita, and Tiffany.
Jacob was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Sotelo Sr.; his grandmother, Rose Sotelo; and his uncle, Robert Sotelo Jr.
