Born July 20, 1973, Richard grew up in the Ak-Chin Indian Community, and graduated from Maricopa High School. He loved Star Wars, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, poker, the Dolphins and ASU, cat-dog memes, and was a huge movie buff. He loved spending time with his family and taking care of Armanii and Azarie.
Richard is survived by his wife Jessica Carlyle from Salt River Indian Community, daughter MorningDew Thomas, Gila River Indian Community; mother Eloise Pedro, Gila River Indian Community, siblings; Carlton and Sarah Carlyle, Ak-Chin Indian Community, Phillip Osife and Jacob Osife-Carlyle, Gila River Indian Community, and grandson Zaiden Thomas-Ramon.
He was preceded in death by his dad Charles Lee Carlyle, brothers; Charles Isaac and Tyrone Carlyle; grandmothers; Leona Carlyle-Kakar and Priscilla Pedro.
Mass will be celebrated at 4pm, June 12, St. Francis of Assisi Church, Ak-Chin Indian Community, 16657 N. Church Rd. Maricopa, AZ. Wake will follow at family residence. Burial, June 13, Ak-Chin Cemetery, 6 am.
