Roosevelt loved playing basketball and had many friends, and his steady presence was felt most clearly in the simple, meaningful moments shared with others. He also loved and enjoyed family gatherings, valuing the time spent together and the closeness those occasions brought.
Roosevelt is survived by his mother, Clara Marie Garcia; his son, Dakota D. Cipriano; his sister, Eva Garcia; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Lee Brooks, and his son, Pancho Reyna.
Services will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Faith Assembly of God, 902 N. Scott Ave, Gila Bend, AZ 85337., 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Pioneer Cemetery, 3004 S 307th Ave, Gila Bend, AZ 85337.
