James was very spiritual, especially, in his recent years. He touched many lives and loved people. He wanted to bring light to all and had the biggest heart. He loved his son more than his own life. He enjoyed playing XBOX and made friends all over the world.
James is survived by his mother, Deborah Parrott; sister, Jessica Westover; brother, Gregory Scott Parrott II; and many other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Tuskawilla United Methodist Church, 3925 Red Bug Lake Rd, Casselberry, FL 32707. A committal service will follow from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at All Faiths Memorial Park, 1390 Park Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707.
