Carol Ann Anderson

Carol Ann Reuell Anderson, age 66, of Castle Rock, Colorado passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023. Carol was born April 24, 1956 in Limestone, Maine. Carol created an incredible family, that she was very proud of. Carol is survived by her husband Douglas Robert Anderson, they were married December 21, 1974 in Denver, Colorado. They have two children: Jenny Diane (Anderson) Alsup and her husband Ryan, and Carl Douglas Anderson and his wife Laura. Carol has four beautiful grandchildren: Ellie Grace Alsup(22), Carlie Faith Alsup(18), Madison Ann Anderson(14), and Liam Carl Anderson(10). Carol is also survived by two sisters: Janet(Paul), and Linda. Also, Doug’s siblings; Fred and his wife Joanne, Celeste and her husband Richard, Betty and her husband Roger and several nieces and nephews. Carol worked for Aurora Public Schools in special education until she retired. She enjoyed working in her flower garden, crocheting, and going to the beach. Celebration of life for Carol will be held Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Funeral Home, 407 Jerry Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. In honor of Carol, please plan on wearing your favorite denim jeans and flip flops. Please join the family for a reception at Carol and Doug’s home following the service.
