Jacobsen, Cynthia “Cindi” Carol, passed August 5, 2012. She is survived by her husband Eric “Jake” Jacobsen, her mother Patricia, Sisters Jodi and Linda, Brother Ken and sons Andrew, Nathan and his wife Miranda Morningstar. Services are being held Saturday August 11th at 2:00 PM at New Hope Presbyterian Church at 3737 New Hope Way, Castle Rock, CO 80109.
