Dallas M. Evans

Dallas M Evans, age 57, of Elizabeth, Colorado passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. Dallas was born October 14, 1962 in Galahad, Alberta, Canada. Dallas grew up on the family farm and worked for many years in the local coal mines. Dallas moved to Colorado in 1999 with his wife and children and became a stay at home dad. He was active in his children’s activities and schools, and coached high school hockey. This led him to his next career working as a teacher’s assistant. His hobbies revolved around his family and his animals. He enjoyed hockey and shared this love with his son. Dallas enjoyed Elyssa’s musical endeavors and spent many mornings getting her to marching band practice. He also was passionate about his hobby ranch, planting trees and shrubs, and working around his animals. Dallas came full circle in his life starting and ending on the family farm. He is survived by his mother Jeanette, brother Kelly, wife Leslie, daughter Elyssa, son Brett and his wife Ashley, and their expectant son (due June 2020). He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, and his beloved animals. Dallas was preceded in death by his father Doug.
