Dave went to Commerce City High School thru the 10th grade then he worked to get his GED. He was married to Yvonne Everett on March 21st 1980, long enough to have 2 children. He worked as a tow truck driver most of his adult life for companies like Bob Hinson Towing and Westside Towing.
Dave has a profound love for the Denver Broncos. His passion was cars; racing cars when he was younger, watching races later in life and working on cars, mainly his Chevelle and especially with his grandson. He loved telling stories and jokes to anyone who would listen and he never met a stranger.
He is survived by his children: Collette Berry, Sharon Swanson, Eric Garner and Lauren Berry; grandchildren: Shayla Spray, Austyn Jackson, Connor Berry, Blayk Jackson and Dominick Jackson; great-grandchildren: Elijah Kemp and (expected) Baby Smith; his mother, Doris Weese; his brother, Matt Weese; and his sister, Debbie McCarty.
