Elliot George Quick passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 40. Born in Denver, Colorado, on February 22, 1985, Elliot was the beloved son of Dr. George Quick and Anna M. Zarlengo. He was a bright, thoughtful, and kind-hearted man.
Elliot had a special interest in stock trading and investments, and he recently found a great sense of pride and purpose working as a courier for the United States Postal Service. He loved spending time with family at their cabin in Tolland, Colorado, listening to a wide variety of music, and sharing his life with dogs—who always seemed to be drawn to his gentle spirit.
Elliot will be remembered for his strength, his compassionate heart, and his willingness to support others through their struggles—even while facing his own. He brought quiet joy to those around him and left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, George Quick (Wife Jaycee Chinn), and Anna Zarlengo; Margie Shoemaker; his sisters, Eli Layman (husband Conrad Layman and son Toby Layman) and Emily Quick (fiancé Josh Burleson); He is also lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Elliot was preceded in death by his grandparents: Dominic and Ginger Zarlengo, and George and Marie Quick.
A Celebration of Life will be August 16, 2025. Services begin at 2:00pm, please arrive at 1:30pm.
