To Barry and family  Hoani is always remembered  and loved - gone too  young.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

New Year’s Day what can I say are last new years just us two I found out I was pregnant a week before this video was taken I remember you keep drinking my drinks for me and putting water in the white claw cans just so no one would find out instead of drink you just danced with me all night until the clock struck 12

I remember this day when you promised to take me to the pumpkin patch just so I could take photos with the pumpkin even after working all day you rushed home and got dressed just to not disappoint me you took me to my favorite restaurant on the planet and bought me DQ  a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and much was my all time favorite you were always so selfless always putting everyone before you it’s still very hard to comprehend that’s your not here anymore

My thoughts and prayers will be with all the family tomorrow.  I cannot believe how much Hoani looks like a younger photo of my father (Jack Thomas Curtis).......your grandmother Emcil's dad and each time I walk past his photo on my wall my thoughts go back to Hoani.   You will always be remembered.  

Hoanis memorial is on June 3rd at 3pm  at our house bbq games and beer of course plz bring ur funnest memory of hoanis.   I miss my boy soooo much plz let me or Baz know if ur attending so I can get  a rough idea of numbers

My condolences to the Bartlett family. Hoani was a very kind hearted person, it’s just so unbelievable and unfair that this happened to him. I’m his long ago friend from Hawaii and let me telll you, he had such a goofy personality that just made everyone around him smile. May he rest in peace. I wish the best for his son & his girlfriend!! 

We had Hoani over when he was but an infant so that his folks could get out for a bit and take a ride. He was only a year younger that our youngest. Lynnece and I are still shocked.

Hoani was an amazing father, boyfriend, and friend. To know him was to love him and he had the best personality and attitude towards anyone who came in contact with him. He worked hard for his family and made sure his son and girlfriend were never without; if they needed it, he had it or was going to find a way to get it.
I send my deepest condolences to his family and everyone he left behind. It may not seem like it now, but he got an upgraded seat to watch over and protect everyone he loves.

it’s hard to pick just one memory but i think this one has to be the funniest. one time we went camping and took the boat out with the family, we were cruising around lake pueblo and decided to hang around and enjoy the sun. keep in mind earlier that day hoani had dropped the anchor fully into the lake and it was never coming back so we no longer had a way to anchor the boat. we were sitting as the waves pushed us around, we began to get way to close to some near by islands since we again had no anchor lol. so some of us got out of the boat to try and push it back so it didn’t hit the shoreline, we started to push it and everyone was back on the boat except me so i put my arms up and hoani grabbed them to help me back on the boat but instead of pulling me up he pulled me over and ripped my belly button piercing. and now all the pictures we got that day you can clearly see my belly button is bleeding. despite the bad it was a great trip and i’ll cherish it forever.

Hoani was a good kid with a sense of humor at times, respectful,  kind and quiet.  About a month ago he sent a group text telling us he was in jail in Fort Collins when he was actually building a jail lol.  How would he be in jail if he was texting??   Hoani loved his son Elijah very much and he had a bright future ahead of him.   We will miss you and may you rest in eternal peace.  ❤️❤️❤️💔💔💔
