James V. Devita, 91, of Castle Rock, CO passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013. Jim was a WWII veteran and a retired New York City police officer. He also served as a commander of the American Legion in New Mexico for many years. James is survived by his loving wife Isabella, 2 daughters, 1 son in law, 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A mass will be held in his honor at 11am on Saturday March 2nd at St Francis of Assisi Church in Castle Rock, CO.
