Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth and Arthur Price and his brother Richard Price. Surviving family includes his wife, Barbara of Sedalia, children Jeff Price of Odessa, Texas Becky (Billy Jr) Howell, Odessa Texas, and Brenda (Don) Williamson, Kingwood Texas. Grandchildren Dillon Price, Denver Colorado, Brittany Welborn, Sonora Texas, Trey Howell, Odessa Texas, Dominique Wyatt, Ontario Canada, and Darion Williamson, Kingwood Texas. Great grandchildren , Braylin, Jayden, and Jacen Welborn, Sonora Texas. A step daughter, Sheila (Matt) Pastore of Castle Rock, and grandson Josh Pastore of Castle Rock.
Jim was a lifelong learner and served on the Sedalia Water Board. He will be greatly missed.
