

She was born in Dallas, Oregon on June 7, 1945. Janet graduated in Portland, Oregon and received an Associates Degree from Portland State.
She married Fred Wehrli on November 2, 1963 and they had two children, Scott and Gayle.
Janet had a career in accounting with several companies in Portland and Phoenix. She and her husband Fred started the Western Equipment & Supply Company here in Denver in 1980 and she ran the office from 1980 till the present.
She was a member and officer of many clubs, CCQHA, CDS, DECHC, PERC, RMRHA & CHC. The Colorado Horse Council had honored her and her husband Fred with a Lifetime Achievement Award and the Colorado Driving Society with an honorary Lifetime Membership. She had a passion for riding, breeding, and raising horses.
She was survived by her husband Fred Wehrli, son Scott Wehrli and his wife Carol, sister Diann Bear and brother-in-law Bill Wehrli. She was also survived by five grandchildren: April Kropsch and her husband Justin, and their seven children: Jordan, Skyeler, Myca, Shea, Constantine, Hunter, and Remington; Christina Jarman and her two sons Austin and Zane; Josh Jarman and his daughter Bella; Alicia Jarman Law and her husband Brian, and their two children Bailey and Bryce; Chelcie Eckhart and her husband Kellen, and their son Emerick. This accounts for 5 grandkids and 13 great grandkids.
