John was a loving son, brother, father and friend. He received his Bachelor's degree from Carleton College and then received his MBA from University of Texas in San Antonio. He enjoyed working for the Department of Defense as a compliance officer.
John loved to spend time with his family, especially his daughter, Sarah. He had a passion for music and would never pass the opportunity to see a favorite musician in concert.
He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Loftis; parents: John Loftis and his wife Joni, Janeen Danford and her husband Robert; ex-wife Elizabeth Loftis; sister Jennifer Boone; nephews: Austin Boone and Travis Boone.
